About Our Customer Care Program

Customer Care is a program to prepare project managers, customer service, technical staff, sales engineers and inside sales reps to take better care of customers and increase revenue opportunities.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Avoid providing "free consulting" to customers who are just "shopping".
