Sales Executive Position

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls and communications to qualify prospects
-Generate your own prospects and referrals and follow up on leads
-Develop and deliver free and paid talks to business professionals
-Establish and achieve the metrics established in your weekly activity plan
- Present top-notch program overviews to business owners or senior executives

Are You Good Fit?

-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-You Love sales (5+ years successful sales, experience preferred)
-Well organized with good time management
-Located in the metro Detroit area
-Previous Sandler training experience a plus

Sales Internship

 

Responsibilities:
-Learn how to build network via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory
-Support GWA Sales Representative with developing and executing a cold calling strategy to target potential prospects for the Sandler Selling System
-Gain experience with mining existing and prospective clients for referral business
-Acquire skills to cross-sell other Sandler Training solutions to existing clients

Qualifications Required:
-College Junior or Senior status required
-Interest in a career in sales

Preferred Qualifications (Preference will be given to candidates who have the following):
-Excellent communication skills; Outgoing and comfortable talking with clients and prospects both face to face and over the phone
-Must be proficient working in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new programs like a CRM tool
-Strong work ethic and initiative
-Positive attitude and high energy
-Work Ethic
-Must be organized, able to handle multiple projects at one time and work well independently
-Leadership Skills
-Drive and Motivation
-Ability to fit into a small business and team oriented environment is critical
-Competitiveness

Compensation:
