Duties and Responsibilities:
-Continuously prospect for new business on a daily basis
-Learn the tools and the processes that have made Sandler Training successful
-Establish and achieve the metrics established in your “cookbook”
-Become a certified Sandler representative
T-rack all sales data
-Become an expert in public presentations and sales training

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-5+ years successful sales, or sales management experience
-Ability to work without supervision (after training period)
-Excellent written, oral communications skills

Marketing Assistant Internship

We're seeking a detailed, well organized individual to work as a marketing assistant intern.

This position is an internship with the possibility to grow into other opportunities within the company and requires a responsible, multi-tasking, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.


Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to) assisting in:

-Executing our email marketing campaigns and maintaining our marketing database.

-Marketing events, talks and seminars.

-Writing, designing, producing and distributing a wide range of marketing communications including newsletters, articles, flyers, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

-Social media activities to promote the company and upcoming events.

-Maintaining training calendar production and website updates.


Desired skills and experience:

-Junior or Senior status preferred.

-Must be proficient working in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher with the ability to learn new programs.

-Outgoing and comfortable talking with clients and prospects both face to face and over the phone.

-Proficient with social media particularly LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

-Must be organized, able to handle multiple projects at one time and work well independently.

-Ability to fit into a small business and team-oriented environment is critical.

Sales Internship

We're seeking a detailed, well organized individual to work as a Sales Intern. This position is an internship with the possibility to grow into other opportunities within the company and requires a responsible, multi-tasking, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.

In this position, you'll shadow a dedicated Sales Representative from our GWA office and learn how to identify and cultivate new prospects, cross-sell solutions to existing clients, and effectively close sales.

Responsibilities:

-Learn how to build network via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory
-Support GWA Sales Representative with developing and executing a cold calling strategy to target potential prospects for the Sandler Selling System
-Gain experience with mining existing and prospective clients for referral business
-Acquire skills to cross-sell other Sandler Training solutions to existing clients

Qualifications Required:

-Junior or Senior status required

-Interest in a career in sales

Preferred Qualifications (Preference will be given to candidates who have the following):

-Excellent communication skills; Outgoing and comfortable talking with clients and prospects both face to face and over the phone

-Must be proficient working in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new programs like a CRM tool
